(45-piece puzzle for ages 3 and up.)
(A spacecraft, especially one controlled by a crew.)
At school, Zoey learned about the first black woman to travel to space. Her name is Mae Jemison. Though it feels like she went to space 100 years ago, it’s only been 26 years since she traveled to space. Zoey took it upon herself to go to space… so she thought. “Isaiah, are you home?” Zoey called out from the sidewalk. Isaiah’s mother popped her head out of the kitchen window. “Zoey, he’s coming right out sweetie.” As Zoey waited, she imagined herself walking on Mars and floating way high above the skies. “I wonder if I’ll see any aliens?” Zoey pondered to herself. “Zoey are you ready to go?” Isaiah interrupted. He had no idea what Zoey had planned for them. As they enter Zoey’s backyard, they are swooshed away into the Lollipop Forest. PLOP PLOP! “That never gets old! What do you want to do today? Isaiah says. Suddenly, the sky darkens a bit and the Lollipop Forest turns into NASA. Just as Zoey imagined, a spaceship suddenly appears next to them. “WOW! Look how big that spaceship is. Are we going to Mars?” Isaiah exclaims. “You bet we are!” Zoey says excitedly. Zoey and Isaiah notice the spacesuits laying on the ground next to the shuttle. They put them on and get ready for blast off!
